Products ship via USPS, tracking will be included once your item(s) have shipped.
Production Time
Made to Order Items: Current production time is estimated to be between 3 - 6 weeks, excluding shipping time. Orders are made and sent in the order received.
Ready to Ship Items: Orders ship within 1 - 2 weeks.
Returns Policy
All sales are considered final. However, I do offer repairs and resizing services at no additional charge. Before shipment, each piece of jewelry undergoes an inspection to ensure your item(s) are ready to ship. If you happen to receive a damaged item, kindly notify us via email within 7 days. In this case, the buyer will NOT have to pay for return shipping and a shipping label will be sent to you free of charge.
